Around the home: Rose is one of the most decadent and divine oils that Mother Earth provides. It is highly concentrated and therefore you only need a tiny amount in any application.

Here are some of the ways I use it around my home:

To create Love
•    Add ten drops of Rose Essential Oil to one cup of Himalayan Rock Salt (and/or) Epsom salts (available at the supermarket) – stir well to mix. Sprinkle the mix into a warm bath while the water is running and enjoy a luxurious, relaxing, romantic bath…invite a friend to join you if you dare!

To ease Inflammation
•    Add 2 drops of Rose essential oil to coconut oil (available at health food shops) and massage into injured area to reduce inflammation or joint pain.

As a Moisturiser
•    Add 2 drops of Rose essential oil to coconut oil (available at health food shops) and use on your face and other parts of your body as a very luxurious and supple moisturiser. It is perfect for preventing wrinkles or lessening the affects of those wonderful character lines you already have!

For Ambiance
•    Add 4-10 drops into spray bottle filled with water shake the mixture and lightly spray around your home to fill your rooms with romance and the magnificent Rose scent!
