What is Gratitude?
When you have gratitude in your heart life just is. You get to be the observer if only for a moment and you are able to see life as the miracle it truly is.
Gratitude teaches us kindness. It shows us the way to our heart and to the love we are. Gratitude is the key that opens the gate of the heart. For most of us the gate is only open for moments. Moments in time where we truly connect to the love we are and when this happens we freely give that love to others.
Often we only hold the key when life has been kind and things have 'seemingly' gone the way we have wanted. How many of us hold the key of gratitude when life is being challenging and we are in our darkest moments?
